I’m David Higgins, a professional personal trainer, sports therapist, and sports nutritionist.
With over 18 years of experience, I have had the privilege of working with actors to help them achieve their best physical performance on screen. It has been a rewarding journey supporting them through physically demanding roles and ensuring they are well-prepared for their onscreen appearances.

David ‘Higgo’ Higgins is a legend. Not just in general but also in his profession. He gives my body the conditioning and care it requires to perform and recover from the physical activities and stunts I do on set. Not only did he put me in my best physical shape, he educated me on stretching, strengthening and nutrition to ensure that I stay that way! Working out is never boring when you’re with Higgo.

After ten years of learning stunts and getting strong for movies, I did all the heavy lifting without ever recovering from the strain and stress of a relentless work schedule. Of course, eventually, your body speaks for you, and my muscle and mental fatigue prevented me from reaching my goals. That’s when Dave Higgins stepped in and fixed my long-term muscular and postural issues. Through a series of active release, stretching and Pilates, Dave helped me discover a new kind of deep inner core strength I never knew was possible. His knowledge and intuition of the muscular-skeletal system is nothing short of astounding. In short, through his sport therapy and teachings, David Higgins made me feel physically like the best version of myself.
